For years, Scotch eggs had been suppressed from the mainstream. But our underground movement was ready to rise to the surface, as we opened TOMMY’S EGG KITCHEN – A Scotch Egg Bodega by day that turned into the exclusive Scotch Egg Club at night. By enlisting trailblazer chef Michael Voltaggio to head our kitchen, he served his scotch egg recipes by day, and then dueled with local chefs in a Scotch Egg throw-down at the SEC during the evenings.
